Blending flute, clarinet and piano, Lumiét celebrates the moment where light and art meet. Their performances go beyond music, offering comfort and hope that brighten hearts. This Sunday, September 14, they will offer a musical gift in our worship service, presenting Clair de Lune by Claude Debussy, Pavane by Gabriel Fauré, and three movements from 5 Pieces by Dmitri Shostakovich. On October 4 at 3:30 p.m., they will also present a benefit concert at the Community School of Music and Art Tateuchi Hall in support of the Lucile Packard Foundation for children in need of specialized healthcare. Through this and future concerts, they aspire to share the most beautiful gift music can bring: the light of giving and healing.
